CANYONING KAS KALKAN

For canyoning excursion in Kas Kalkan we depart from Kas at 08:30 and Kalkan at 09:00 am. There are two different canyons (Kıbrıs or hacıoğlan canyons) are interesting, depends on the season and condition, one of them is chosen by us. Canyoning is an exciting outdoor activity, you will find yourself jumping into cool pools of water, and climbing the rocks, abseiling down waterfalls while you were exploring huge gorges. Sometimes you will find yourself swimming  in the gorge’s narrow passages  and sometimes hiking.

While descents we will wear wetsuits and carry  waterproof packs and containers. We provides all of the technical equipment you will need ,( helmets, ropes and wet suits.) Just you should bring your own training shoes.The agency conforms to international standards of safety and uses materials of a high standard. All you need is a head for heights, the ability to swim, and a taste for adventure.

Bring at least two pair of socks to prevent foot blisters,,know your water needs and bring at least 1.5 liters or more if you can carry it.

If you bring a camera, make sure it has some kind of cord to hold it around your neck or to your body as well as a waterproof cover suitable for such activities. A dry bag to hold your extra clothes when you finish your activity is often overlooked.

You must be at the Bougainville Travel office by 08:30 am, You will return to Kaş between 17:00 and 18:00.

Children Policy

Children should be 12 years old or older. This activity is not suitable for most children under 12 years of age nor for those who are exceptionally small.
