Elmalı Wine Tour from Antalya Kaş Kalkan is Private High-Altitude Vineyard Experience

Elmalı is a small mountain town located about two hours from Antalya, 2,5hours from Kaş and Kalkan. It is around 1,100 meters above from sea level. While the coast can be hot and humid, Elmalı is noticeably cooler and quieter.

This private tour is designed for travelers who want to leave the resort areas behind and explore a different side of the region — rural life, mountain landscapes, and high-altitude winemaking.

Elmalı Vine Tour from Antalya Kaş Kalkan Itinerary:

We depart from Antalya or Kaş, Kalkan in the morning  with a private vehicle. The drive crosses the Taurus Mountains, with a short panoramic stop along the way.

In Elmalı, we visit a carefully selected boutique vineyard. The region’s altitude creates cooler growing conditions, which allows grapes to develop balanced acidity and structure.

During the visit:

• We will explore the local grape varieties.
• We will have an explanation of high-altitude viticulture.
• We will have guided tasting of wines.
• We will have a walk through the vineyard (season permitting)
• We will learn about insight into small-scale production methods.

There is no rush. This is not a group tasting session.

After the vineyard visit, we explore Elmalı town center briefly — traditional houses, quiet streets, and local shops.

Optional:We will have lunch at Vineyard or at a local restaurant and famous Elmalı meatball serving as regional dishes.

Return to Antalya or Kaş, Kalkan in the late afternoon.
