All in all Villa Kaan1 is the perfect place for a special family occasion/holiday or for groups of friends wishing to experience a luxurious and relaxing holiday. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people smaller groups/families are welcome.

Kas Villa Mrl is  minutes far away by car to the centre, shopping facilities, beaches and restaurants. You can prefer the minibus services available every half an hour in the season or rent a car.

Firstly make your reservation and booked your villa. Then you pay your deposit %30 before 1 mouth to your check in.

Check in date when you arrive to villa, balance payment of %70  in cash.

Security deposit payment is 200 euro. Subject to there being no damage or breakages to the villas facilities or contents the payment will be returned in departure date.

It is the responsibility of each villa to maintain villas & accommodation to a high standard of maintenance and hygiene, guests are requested to inform us immediately any problem arises so we can resolve it.
